Guidelines for using our sites and services
By accessing Les Productions Dime Inc.’s websites, portals, or services, you agree to the following terms. These terms complement production agreements signed with clients.
1. Acceptance
Your access signifies acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and media on our platforms are owned by Les Productions Dime Inc. or licensed partners. Usage requires prior written consent.
3. Client portals
Access credentials are confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and must inform us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing materials.
- Do not attempt to breach security, reverse engineer, or disrupt services.
- Respect intellectual property, contracts, and privacy obligations.
5. Payment terms
Payments follow the schedules and milestones in signed production agreements. Late payments may incur applicable interest fees.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information. NDAs prevail in case of conflict with these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our websites or portals. Remedies are limited to direct damages capped by agreements.
8. Termination
We may suspend access for policy violations, security concerns, or inactivity. Clients will receive notice aligned with contractual obligations.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Montréal, Québec.
10. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
